Smartcities & Sport Summit 2024

Smartcities & sport chose us to manage the opening day of the 2024 summit at the prestigious FIBA ​​headquarters in Mies.

We designed and set up a high-level indoor event configuration that included a modern, versatile stage, LED panels for an immersive visual experience, and a refined setup that enhanced the overall atmosphere of the day. We meticulously managed the final rehearsals to ensure every detail was perfectly synchronized, guaranteeing a seamless event execution. The live streaming, conducted with advanced technology, allowed the experience to reach a broader audience, ensuring high-quality broadcasting for every key moment.

The day featured six impactful sessions, during which an outstanding line-up of 20 speakers, all established leaders in the sports industry, shared their experiences, innovative ideas, and valuable insights. Discussions covered key themes and critical challenges, offering attendees a unique opportunity to delve into the most relevant trends and strategies in the field, creating moments of inspiration, learning, and meaningful connection for everyone present.
