Hybrid Congress Management

For the International Modern Pentathlon Union, Oiko gathered online 110 Voting National Delegates and 125 guests between non-voting delegates, candidates and UIPM guests. An hybrid Congress with the executive board members in physical presence making it one of the most complex event ever realized for UIPM.

As official technical provider for the federation Oiko delivered scenography, graphic & video direction, digital implementation to assist the voting platform Lumi Global and technical service for the simultaneous translation in 4 languages Lc Interpreters.
