For the new FIBA EuroCup Women Trophy, Oiko developed the project from the very first creative idea to its final visual execution, combining strategy, design and 3D development to create a new symbol for the competition.
The project began with the study and definition of a creative concept capable of expressing the evolution, energy and ambition of women’s basketball. Elevation became the guiding idea, represented through the dynamic and continuous movement of the lemniscate. This principle shaped the trophy’s overall form, creating a structure inspired by the rhythm of the game, from the dribble to the spirit and the jump towards the basket.
Oiko then translated the concept into every visual and material detail. The colour palette combines rose gold, silver and titanium finishes, while the selection of materials and finishes was developed to balance elegance, strength and contemporary design.
From the first sketches to the 3D mockups and visualisations, Oiko developed and refined the trophy digitally, exploring proportions, shapes, materials and finishes before bringing the concept to its final form.
The creative process also extended to the 3D video presentation, developed to showcase the trophy and bring its concept and details to life.
The result is more than a trophy: it is a complete design project in which concept, materials, 3D design and visual storytelling come together to create a distinctive identity for the new FIBA EuroCup Women.
