Oiko managed the full organization and production of World Water Day 2026 at the PalaBecci venue in Pescara, centered on the international theme “Water and Gender”. Our team transformed a comprehensive program, designed to raise awareness of water conservation and climate change, into a seamless and engaging live experience, effectively connecting institutional stakeholders with the educational community.
The complexity of the project required a multi-audience approach. Oiko coordinated the participation of 14 schools, involving 48 classes through dedicated water conservation contests for both primary and secondary students, while also managing strategic panel discussions for the stakeholder community. The event also marked the introduction of “Vale”, ACA’s mascot, created to promote and encourage water-saving best practices.
Thanks to a structured and integrated approach, the event successfully eliminated on-site logistical challenges, ensuring a perfect balance between the depth of the institutional message and the dynamic engagement activities delivered across the territory.
