The 9th Copernicus ECMWF Climate Change Service (C3S) General Assembly recently wrapped up in Budapest. Following months of preparation alongside the ECMWF team, Oiko was on the ground working with Adria Congrex to support the assembly and help bring the climate ecosystem together.

From the opening remarks to the final shipments, our team managed the event’s visual identity, logistics, and onsite coordination. We provided support across the event’s key activities, including the Demo Sessions, the Best Poster selection, and networking gatherings along the Danube.

We extend our gratitude to the ECMWF team for their continued trust, and to all the speakers, organizers, and attendees who contributed to such a productive environment.

As we look ahead, we are pleased to share that the milestone 10th C3S General Assembly will take place in Rome next year. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and welcoming the C3S community to our home city.
