The CONI Winter Trophy is a sporting event for children under 14 designed to promote healthy competitive spirit, individual and sporting growth.
Main purpose: to help children acquire confidence and a competitive spirit, preparing them for future challenges and offering young athletes unique social and sporting experiences.
In its third edition it will be held in Abruzzo, from 12 to 15 December 2024.

For this occasion Oiko takes care of the organization of the opening and closing ceremonies of the event.

The town of Celano will kick off the opening of the winter games, which will then move to the competition grounds of the other 5 host municipalities: Roccaraso, Lucoli, Rocca di Cambio, Rocca di Mezzo, and Ovindoli.

This event will be a sort of mini Olympics, featuring young athletes under 14 from all over Italy, eager to compete in exciting disciplines like cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, snowboarding, winter triathlon, curling, figure skating, short track, and ice hockey.

On Tuesday 22 October, Oiko attended a press conference at the Palazzo della Regione in L’Aquila, along with a strong working team and joined by the regional councilor Mario Quaglieri, the national CONI delegation with Cecilia D’Angelo, CONI Abruzzo president Enzo Imbastaro and the mayors of the host municipalities.
